Terms & Conditions

  • The promotion begins at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, November 20th, and ends at 9:00 AM am on Sunday, December 4th, 2024 (AEDT).
  • Flight Level Co. is not responsible for notifying customers about incomplete or invalid purchases.
  • Black Friday deals cannot be combined with any other discount codes, including rewards points.
  • Sale prices are only valid during the promotional period and cannot be applied to past purchases.
  • Please review our returns policy below before finalizing your purchase.

Returns Policy

  • All sale items are final sale.
  • Items purchased during the sale period (November 20th to December 4th, 2024 AEDT) cannot be returned unless found faulty or damaged. If you believe your item meets this criteria, please contact our customer service team with a detailed explanation and photos for review.
  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of the original purchase date.

For returned items to be accepted, they must be:

  • Unwashed,
  • Unworn, and
  • With original tags still attached.

Please note, we do not offer refunds, store credits, or exchanges on sale items unless they are deemed faulty or damaged.
